It’s time to talk fellas!

MENtalk, a brand-new festival, is coming to The Exchange.

A stimulating and entertaining mini festival of talks, debates, comedy, and performance exploring issues that men and boys are grappling with today, offering insights and solutions.

Confirmed guests include:

Billy Bragg - songwriter, author and campaigner

Nihal Athanayake - DJ and broadcaster

Jimmy Mulville - comedian and producer

Chris Difford - Squeeze

David Morrissey - actor

Kent Bray - Ex rugby player and life coach

Paterson Joseph - actor and author

David Westhead - actor

Nick Love - film director

Frank conversations will be had about alcohol and addiction, male depression, male friendship, how to stop being a gym obsessive, men in caring roles, job and money pressures, the part that music and sport play in men’s lives and how to find a purpose. Plus, much more.

This event is for men and boys of all ages (14+) and backgrounds.

You’ll have an exciting, friendly and interesting time and go home with new ideas about approaches to challenges we all face.
