They show up, they work hard, they push through the tough sets, and most importantly they stay consistent. Week by week we’re building strength, improving technique, and growing confidence both inside and outside the gym.

Progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and trusting the process. And these women do exactly that.

Hi, welcome to my page! My name is Jodie.

I’m a mum of three and a fitness coach, but I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with my body.

Over the years I’ve been through a lot physically and mentally - from struggling with eating disorders in the past, to having three children, two C-sections and one natural birth. Pregnancy, recovery and motherhood change your body in ways you can’t fully understand until you go through it.

But becoming a mum also changed something else for me.

It made me realise that being “fit” isn’t about chasing perfection, shrinking yourself, or punishing your body. It’s about being strong, healthy, present and energised for the people who need you most.

These days my life is busy - like really busy.

I’m a mum of three.
I run a business.
I juggle school runs, sleepless nights, work, training and everything in between.

And some days it’s messy. Some days workouts are short. Some days life gets in the way.

But I’ve learned that fitness doesn’t have to be extreme or perfect to work. It just has to fit your life.

Training has helped me:

• rebuild strength after pregnancy and C-sections
• improve my energy and mental health
• feel confident in my body again
• keep up with my kids without feeling exhausted

And that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping other women do the same.

Because so many mums feel like they have to choose between looking after everyone else… or looking after themselves.

The truth is you don’t.

You deserve to feel strong.
You deserve to feel energised.
You deserve to feel good in your body again.

It doesn’t require hours in the gym, extreme diets or unrealistic routines.

It just requires the right support, guidance and a plan that works around real life.

That’s what I’m building with helping busy women and mums build strength, confidence and healthier habits in a way that actually fits into their lives.

Meet Alex 💪

Alex came to me saying she’d never been able to do full push-ups because she couldn’t quite get her form right. It’s something she’d been struggling with for a long time and thought maybe it just wasn’t for her.

Fast forward about five minutes of working together, adjusting a few small things in her setup and technique… and there she was doing full push-ups with great form. And honestly, she smashed them! 👏

This is exactly why I love what I do. Sometimes it’s not about being stronger — it’s about having someone guide you, tweak your form, and give you the confidence to realise you can do it.
