Evoke Events is an approachable, professional company, based in Kent. We specialise in organising high quality private parties; wedding planning, party planning, marquees, event organising, co-ordination, top class DJ’s, management service and so much more. We are based in Wittersham Kent, but travel all over the South East from London to Surrey, to West and East Sussex and North and South Kent. Whatever the wedding, party, or event we are here to help you fulfill your dreams and of course to take all the headaches away. We recently had the pleasure of working alongside our bride and groom to create this stunning sail tent wedding for 70 guests, bringing together some of our favourite details — our new wooden circular bar, wooden dance floor, DJ and atmospheric lighting, stunning foliage and beautiful florals.

Guests enjoyed a canapés and a three-course meal before the evening moved into dancing and cocktails.

From dining to dancing, every element came together to create a warm, relaxed and unforgettable setting for a very special day.

220 guests. One unforgettable celebration.

This glorious marquee includes a Cruciform structure, complete with a clear hexagonal end. Gold custom draping over black starlight roofs, creating the ultimate 1920s setting.

The marquee housed our central cocktail bar, a starlight dance floor and a stage where kept guests dancing long into the night. We turned a 1920s car prop into a photobooth, had a 360 video booth, 6 personalised food stalls fully manned throughout the evening, plus lots of seating options.

Kayleigh’s 40th was epic!

We transformed the garden with a 6ft raised stage flooring, 5 marquees, 2 on 3m legs, all decked out with blackout starlight linings, clear roofs, and draping to match the black and white theme, topped off with a giant bow centrepiece.
