After many years of working in the corporate world with my stress levels fast increasing and happiness fast decreasing, I thought why don’t I combine two of my grea

test passions in life? I am both a Yoga practitioner, teacher and I enjoy a glass (or three!) of wine from time to time and voila! Yoga & Vino was born to run curated yoga and wine events across South East England direct to your event venue/location. Anything and everything about Yoga and Wine makes me happy and I’d like to pass this on to others, making each experience fun and accessible to all. My background includes considerable time working in the wine and global events industries at Vagabond Wines, Oddbins, Informa Group and Reuters Events. I am both a qualified yoga teacher in Vinyasa and Yin styles of Yoga (RYT300 hours) and have earned a distinction for my WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 qualification, offering a great deal of knowledge and insight to compliment them. I have also enjoyed travelling globally over the years and have both lived and worked in Spain, France, Hong Kong and South America further contributing to my passion for the wonderful world of Yoga and Wine.
