We’re excited to RE-introduce Time 4 Time – a friendly drop-in social group for all ages, meeting every Tuesday NOW at Meadowfield Bistro (10:30am–1:30pm).

Come along for quizzing, chat, laughter, peer-to-peer support and plenty of kindness. There’s also the option to stay for a delicious, great-value lunch afterwards 🍲☕.
