The tent created an additional covered space alongside the clubhouse, with tables and seating set up underneath for guests during the charity auction.

As we head into 2026, the diary for the season ahead is already starting to fill up.

We’re seeing bookings come in for weddings, milestone birthdays and private celebrations across the UK, with a really good mix of events taking shape. If you’re planning something for the year ahead, now’s a good time to start thinking about layout and structure.

People usually just see the finished tent - but the real work starts long before we arrive.

Every setup begins with careful planning: measuring the space, sketching layouts, and thinking through how the tent will work with its surroundings. That’s what allows stretch tents to adapt so well to gardens, trees, slopes and existing features.

By working through the details early, installs stay calm, efficient and run smoothly on the day.

One thing’s for sure - no two jobs have been the same. Pub gardens, weddings, woodland clearings, rural homes, railway-side events and festivals.

Each space comes with its own specifications, and that’s where stretch tents really shine - flexible, adaptable, and never one-size-fits-all.

When asked for a cosy countryside retreat, we had to deliver ✅

Our 9x12 stretch tent at was the perfect warm-up spot between clay shooting rounds - styled with hay bales, rattan furniture, heaters and uplighters 🔥

Onsite at 9am, fully built by 12, a quick pub lunch, then back for a smooth 3pm takedown! A beautiful winter event from start to finish.
