Such a lovely couple of sunny days making bouquets with lovely flowers for lovely people 😊☀️ Very grateful for days like these & the moments of joy that can come from a blue sky, a sunny day, lovely interactions with people & fresh, seasonal flowers (especially ones I’ve grown myself! 😊) Did you spot the Briza Maxima grass actually dancing in the sun?? 😄💃. You can get one of these bouquets (or something similar!) from the gorgeous shop in Long Crendon or ordering direct from me for collection from Thame or Long Crendon 🌸

Would you like a bouquet or arrangement of beautiful, seasonal flowers & foliage grown by me & other UK growers for the first May bank-holiday weekend? A limited number of small bouquets will be available via Thame Aromas in Long Crendon from Thursday, but if you like a larger, fully gift wrapped version, or to pre-order one of the smaller ones, please do get in touch via DM. Recent examples are in the pics but please note bouquet ingredients vary according to what is ready to pick/available when I create your order 🌸

A little flowery review of the last couple of weeks 🌼Yellow isn’t generally a colour I gravitate to when I’m thinking about what to grow or create bouquets with, although I do love seeing the daffodils bringing some welcome sunshine to the world from early spring & the bold pop of a sunflower in summer! However, I loved the mango, creamy, buttery tones in these tulips from with the equally creamy/buttery/lemony toned Erysium (Wallflower) & fresh green foliage from my own garden over the last couple of weeks 😀 It all felt fresh, calm and spring-like 💛☀️ I think I’ll keep an open mind to other varieties in these tones over the year 🙂 Still waiting for more flowers to be ready in my own cutting garden…

A little review of last week’s creations with more amazing tulips from as the stars of the show (I’ve been getting so much joy from receiving & making bouquets/arrangements with them, I’m not sure the novelty will ever wear off!) with some Cheerfulness, Bay, Ceanothus, Apple mint & Flowering currant from me, in supporting roles 🌷🌿
