🌞 🔥Bank Holiday Heat Safety Reminder 🍦
(We know everyone instinctively knows this, just a friendly reminder)

With the hot weather continuing this bank holiday, we just wanted to share a few simple reminders to help everyone stay safe and enjoy the sunshine:

💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day
🧴 Wear sunscreen and reapply regularly
🧢 Keep children in shaded areas where possible
🚗 Never leave children or pets in vehicles
⏰ Take regular breaks from direct sun, especially during peak hours (11am–3pm)

🌊 Please take extra care around lakes, rivers, and open water — water may look tempting in this heat, but currents and cold water shock can be dangerous.

👵 Also, please don’t forget to check in on elderly relatives, neighbours, and vulnerable people during the hot weather to make sure they’re staying cool and hydrated.

We love seeing everyone out enjoying events and the sunshine, but safety always comes first ❤️

Honestly… I kind of get it.

Have you ever dipped McDonald’s fries in a McFlurry before? I have, and it actually works — hot, salty fries with cold sweet ice cream.
