Ok so we are only 2 more sleeps away from the return of FOMO, and just wanted to put out some important (boring) information for everyone to help make the day go that little bit smoother 🙂
💃 Dress code is always 'dress to express' with a glamorous theme, but as it could be a bit warm we are not going to be too precious on this - but as ever, no tracksuits or tatty trainers. Ladies, the outdoor space is essentially decking so might not be the best for heels (although no doubt some of you will prove us wrong 🤣)
💃 As with every event there is a strict NO DRUGS policy in operation - bags will be checked at random on entry and anyone caught either in possession OR in the act of using, will be ejected - and this extends to ANY illegal drug.
💃 Under no circumstances are people allowed to bring in their own refreshments or food - this is a licensed bar/club so there should be plenty of options for everyone and again, going against this will result in being asked to leave
💃 Unfortunately there is no cloak room at the venue, so if you bring coats/jackets then they will essentially stay your responsibility. We mentioned yesterday that there is a potential for rain, but as we highlighted we can have 80-90% of the venue under cover if needed. General expectation at this point is that the day will be a mix of sun and cloud and any possible shower would only be fairly light.
💃 Parking - whilst the venue does have a very small car park, it is not going to be possible for people to park their vehicle there - as will need to keep access for staff and our headliner. If you are lucky enough to be playing designated driver 🤣 then we recommend either Raven Meadows multi-story car park, or the Frankwell Main car park over the bridge - both are only a 5-10 min walk away.
💃 Last entry is 5.00pm, but of course we encourage you to get there as early as possible to make a full day of it. We dont have any 'weak links' when it comes to DJs, so you wont be disappointed! Check out set times in our previous post. If you know that there is a reason that you'll need to arrive later, then let us know in advance and we can make sure you security know to let you in etc
💃 No tickets on door, so please ensure you have purchased a ticket online (or are on the guestlist). We always recommend taking a screenshot of your ticket QR code just in case the network service on your phone is not great. Remember this is also an over 25s event, so if you are lucky enough to look younger, please ensure you have photo ID too.
