Menu for burger night at FULLY LOADED tonight from 5pm till 8pm

Sorry it's a touch later but today was bonkers, so thank you everyone who came out. I've been busy resetting the kitchen so menu is little later.

Anyway.... Open tonight from 5pm

We will have drinks, cakes and bakes, you know the score. Set up as a takeaway but feel free to sit and eat and have a game of Jenga.

Our brisket is from Howells butchers in Penclawdd, we cook it low and slow for hours, then we rest it and pull it.

This is our most popular item, it is the star of the show in our signature Brisket Cheesesteak, brisket loaded fries and brisket, egg and sriracha mini hash browns. All of which never leave the menu.

This is proper meat, cooked with love.

We aren't your usual sandwich shop, nor do we ever aim to be.

When it came to deciding our coffee for FULLY LOADED, we basically said "where does kick ass coffee?"

The answer

Italy, and to Italians coffee has to be good, but it's never pretentious.

Next step

What's a good Italian coffee?,...... Illy

So we went with , simple.

In Swansea there are some fantastic places to get artisan coffee, those ones with fruity notes, roasting nuances and accentuate hints of flavour. But most of the time I just want a great cup of coffee that's strong and smooth, no pretence.

So that's what we serve, just a really good cup of coffee that an Italian nonna would love. And like those lovely Italians, we keep it very affordable.

We are back open today through Saturday at FULLY LOADED SA4

With new dishes, like we do EVERY week, but also those signatures you've come to love. We have your breakfast /brunch/ lunch sorted.

As a shout out to Small Business Week we have gone straight across the road for some pork belly, we grabbed items from the greengrocers next door and we have a new Sando and cake pot on. Don't forget to think about supporting a small business this week.

Katie has made a wait for it .... Coconut and lime tres leche cake pot. This looks so good, I'll pap one later for socials.

We will be doing the local Sando and cake pot deal as a Small Business Special.

PLUS smothered chicken bites are back.

I don't know what other places do but we are where it's at for "Food with Attitude".
