𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁…

This was, unfortunately, the first time we’ve ever collected one of our tents in such a condition — not quite the usual “perfect party” ending we aim for.

Considering the time, care, and effort that goes into every booking — from early starts to late-night collections, personalised details, and making sure everything looks just right — it was, to put it lightly, pretty disheartening to come back to.

We genuinely love what we do and put our heart into creating something special for every customer. Thankfully, this isn’t something we see often — most of our customers are amazing and treat everything with the same care and respect we do (which definitely doesn’t go unnoticed).

Going forward, we’ve introduced additional measures for all non-residential hires to help ensure our equipment is properly looked after — a lesson learned the hard way.
