What a brilliant MegaCon LIVE Farnborough moment!
It was an absolute pleasure for Project Dalek and Relative Dimensions Events to meet Sophie Aldred and Janet Fielding — both were fantastic sports and got fully involved in a game of ‘Being a Good Dalek!’ 🤖

Two very special Good Dalek recruits for the day! 💙

I thought I’d share a few shots of our motorised Genesis Dalek, Genie, at Whooverville 17 outside QUAD Derby.

The line-up brought together three decades of Dalek design, then Genie and Imperial Dalek Gilbert went on to meet around 200 motorcyclists in Derby Market Place!

A DAY IN TIME AND SPACE

A brilliant Doctor Who day out, beginning at Riverside Studios for the Doctor Who Appreciation Society Projections in Time event and a special screening of Battlefield.

It was wonderful to see fans coming together for the Q&As, stories and the chance to revisit one of the Seventh Doctor era’s most memorable adventures. Lovely to see Sophie Aldred again, alongside Silvester McCoy and the Battlefield guests.

Afterwards, we made a quick trip to a very familiar location — Coal Hill School, as seen in Remembrance of the Daleks. Even without a Dalek patrol in the playground, it still feels wonderfully recognisable.

Thank you to the Doctor Who Appreciation Society and Riverside Studios for a fantastic afternoon — and great to catch up with Blakes Heaven too.
