Golden, crispy garlic butter tater tots loaded up for the first time and absolutely smothered in rich, melty raclette… paired with salami, chorizo & parma ham 🤤🧀

Finished with gherkins, pink pickled onions, and crispy onions for that perfect mix of crunch and tang!

Safe to say this was an instant hit 🔥

After a lot of hours, late nights, and serious effort, our brand new, purpose built raclette truck is officially ready to go!

Built from the ground up and ready to roll — just in time for this weekend at in Reading and then lots of events throughout the year!

This is just the start, we can now travel further and bring raclette to even more of you! 🙌🏻 👀
