A good excuse for our host to open a special bottle they’d been holding onto for a while, paired with a Lincolnshire Poacher brown butter crumpet as a little extra course.

Other courses included monkfish, duck, mango & passion fruit.

A very very special 80th birthday party catered for yesterday! (my very own amazing Grandma) Fair to say it was a scorcher!! 🥵 spiced lamb or chicken flat breads, salsa verde, mint yoghurt and picked red onions. A range of salads including those beautiful . Didn’t take a lot of pictures during service as I was rather busy serving over 100 lovely people!

After years of experience in a Michelin starred kitchen refining my craft I’ve decided to start something of my own.

Becoming a mother has reshaped what success looks like to me. I want to continue cooking at the highest level and create food that brings people together and makes lasting memories
So I’ve created Chef Rosanna Bowers.

I believe some of life’s most special memories are made around the table in your own home, surrounded by the people who matter most.
