In between the storms and rain managed to cater a little bbq for Tuesday Fellowship at the Baptist Church. The customer sat inside and I worked outside under a gazebo cooking the meat.

The salads and accompaniments were on the table so we served the meat fresh off the bbq.

After Lunch big Berry pavlovas were served for pudding.

Yesterday lunchtime another little delivery to a customer celebrating a Baptism.

The customer wanted sandwiches and cake to go with tea and coffee after the service.

We delivered Sandwich selection platters, Ham, Egg, Cheese, Cheese and Chive, Coronation chicken, Chicken and bacon, Tuna and Prawn Mayonnaise.

Cupcake selection platters, Chocolate, Lemon, Ginger and Cherry and Almond.

Beautiful day for a small intimate wedding.

The customer wanted a simple Victoria sponge filled with rich strawberry jam, semi naked icing and not covered in to much buttercream. (very relived giving the weather at the moment)

Delivered in insulated cool box with ice packs. Sponge cakes can dry out in fridge so it's a carful balance of keeping it from being in a pool of icing and the cake potentially drying out.
