Happy New Year!!!!!! Hope everyone is almost over the post-Christmas blues! Doesn't a few days back at work soon make the festivities a distant memory? Or maybe not! Maybe your mind is now turning to spring & summer festivities? I know that here at 'On the Lawn' it is! An enquiry about a wedding garden party this evening & a meeting next week to discuss a Christening all makes for excitement here at HQ! So, forget the blues...think it's safe to say that there's a feeling of being 'in the pink' here tonight! ###x

Hello!!!! Hope everyone has enjoyed a wonderful Christmas & all are looking forward to what next year may bring! Good morning everyone!!!! Has been 'Long time, no speak' but on this beautiful spring day, garden party season is definitely in the air!

Today is the first anniversary of our first 'official' event so what better day to say 'Hello'?!! Lots of things are planned for over the summer, starting with a fundraising garden party hosted by 'On the Lawn' in aid of Little Havens Hospice. Date to be confirmed but is promising to be a fantastic event with local fashion companies already saying 'Yes' to being involved. Really hoping lots of you will be wanting to come along & support. Is promising to be the perfect 'Girls Afternoon' - bubbly, pastries & shopping!!!!###x

Wow! What a fab 24 hours! Had a great day at the Wat Tyler Country Park wedding fair yesterday, came home & received two enquiries for bridal shower activity & afternoon tea parties & was asked to quote for place settings based on the promotional goodies that I gave out!!!!! And, to top it all, lots of 'Likes' & 'Shares' from great, supportive friends & lots of 'Likes' from friends of friends!!! Thank you everyone for just proving to me that I can do this!!!!###

Well, we've finally done it! We've 'gone live' with our launch, showcasing our page & website all at the same time, after months of planning & years of being encouraged to do this 'for real'!!

Our bijou event planning & hosting service was born from a love of organising & holding small, intimate events for family & friends. We aim to provide a friendly, helpful service to help you host anything from a 'Girls Afternoon' to an 'After the Wedding' garden party. We can cater for your dreams & wishes, from providing the venue to wedding or party favours. We work closely with a number of other professionals & nothing is unaskable - if you want it, ask & we'll do our best to arrange it!
