What does £15 get you?? Not a lot nowadays.... but at our nights you get an absolute bargain ⭐💜

You get to switch off your brain, unwind and get creative. All materials are provided for the craft activity. And what ever you make is yours to take home at the end 🎨🖌️

You'll be immersed in a self love masterclass from our qualified therapist, and learn helpful techniques and tools to help us feel amazing about ourselves. You'll also be given a worksheet to complete through Claire's talk, or to take home and work on in private. 🥰🩷

You'll receive a free drink of your choice from the bar, and a free sweet treat to take away (or eat immediately....we don't judge!) 🍷🍰

You'll be able to browse the stalls and support some incredible independent local businesses 🛍️

And through our charity raffle, you could win some pretty fab prizes, and help a south Tyneside based charity at the same time 🏆

And by coming along and hopefully telling your friends what an amazing time you had, you'll help our events continue to grow 😉

The 3rd element to our nights is The Cake Girl 🎂🍰🧁

And who doesn't love cake?? Sarah's shop is based just further down dean road, and she specialises in big bakes that have people queuing upto 90 minutes just to get inside 🩷

At Septembers event, she'll have a stall filled with super cute books themed bakes and delicious treats!

She's been putting Claire's advice into practice, pushing herself outside of her comfort zone recently, making tik toks for the ultimate girls night account and talking on the microphone at our events!

The second element that makes our nights so special is our emphasis on self love, self compassion & self confidence 🫶🏼

Claire Ball is the Self Love Initiative and her superpower is helping women feel great about themselves. Now she's no fairy godmother (although she did play one in a panto!) she can't wave a magic wand and make us all super confident women 🧚🏼‍♀️🪄

But what she's amazing at, is sharing her experiences, and giving women the tools and tips to start their own self confidence journey. Each month, you'll receive a worksheet, themed to her talk. These are yours to fill out on the night, or to take away and complete in private.

We've covered topics we can all relate to ... Being told we're 'too much', learning how to prioritise ourselves, setting healthy boundaries, why diet culture is so toxic and how to have the confidence to be unapologetically yourself.

Our cups are always overflowing the morning after an ultimate girls night 🥰🫶🏼🩷😍😘

Being in a room of 8️⃣6️⃣ women, all there to meet new people, put themselves first for a night, learn a new craft, and practice some self love, just makes our hearts incredibly happy!

Thank you to everyone who came to yesterday's event! And to the lush local businesses who came along, to Lisa and the team at Hedworth Hall (we still have FOMO that we didn't get time to order food because the curry and chips looked insane!) 🤤

I offer luxury gift boxes, sweet platters, pick 'n' mix bowls, 100g individual sweet tubs, and delicious fudge, including beautifully presented fudge gift boxes. With a huge selection of fizzy, jelly, vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, and sugar-free sweets, there's something for everyone. I can be found every Sunday on Platform One at Tynemouth Market.
