What an evening! 🔥🍖 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of providing the catering for a fantastic business event at Liv.Padel.
The combination of sports competition on the courts with our aromatic BBQ turned out to be a perfect match. Guests were able to refuel at our buffet stations (just look at those chafing dishes ready to go! 😉), while the smell of grilled delights filled the venue.

🚀 I can finally share something I’ve been working on — CaterPilot.
Over the last few months I’ve been building CaterPilot, an all-in-one platform created specifically for catering and food businesses.
The idea was simple: instead of running a business through spreadsheets, paperwork, WhatsApp and several different apps, bring everything together in one place.
CaterPilot brings together:
✅ Customers, CRM & enquiries
✅ Professional quotes
✅ Events & Event Command Centre
✅ Event Day operations
✅ Menus, ingredients, food costing & margins
✅ Allergen & dietary information
✅ Staff management, rota & QR clock-in
✅ Food Safety, HACCP & risk assessments
✅ Invoices, expenses & supplier bills
✅ Banking, reconciliation & VAT records
✅ Event profitability
✅ Online Shop & online ordering
✅ Collection & delivery workflows
✅ Your own professional website, built and managed through CaterPilot
✅ Website Studio & SEO tools
✅ POS connections
✅ Business Inbox
✅ CaterPilot AI
The biggest goal has always been to make all of these areas work together as one connected system, rather than using separate tools for every part of the business.
Enquiry → Quote → Event → Menu → Staff → Food Safety → Invoice → Payment → Profitability
CaterPilot has been designed with caterers, wedding & event caterers, food trucks, ghost kitchens, takeaways, private chefs and other independent food businesses in mind.
After a lot of building, testing, rebuilding and plenty of late nights 😅, CaterPilot has reached the point where I’m ready to start putting it in front of real businesses.
This is only the beginning, and the next stage will be about learning from people actually using it day to day.
