We’re really pleased to be hosting the Little Footprints Bobbing Open Day at Bobbing Village Hall on Monday 25th May, 9.30am to 12.30pm.

It falls on the Spring Bank Holiday, so if you’re off work and around, it’s a great chance to drop in and find out more about this new, friendly nursery opening in our community. You’ll be able to meet the team, hear about their plans as they await their OFSTED registration visit, and explore what they offer for children aged 9 months to 5 years.

It’s a relaxed, open morning — come along any time.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Bobbing Parish Council for the recent hall hire. This is the second time I have used the facility for a charity event, and on both occasions the parish has been extremely supportive and accommodating. The facility itself is a perfect venue for such events, reasonably priced, easy to book, with good communication throughout.
I recently hosted a charity quiz night raising funds for Parkinson’s UK and Great Ormond Street Hospital. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we raised an impressive £1,300, shared between both charities.
