our "bring your own thing" parallel play social!

a chilled out, low-pressure social where everyone brings their own thing to do 🌞

you might bring arts and crafts, journalling, a book to read, life admin, work stuff, knitting, games - literally anything you fancy!

the idea is to share space, chat if we want to, and enjoy some company without the pressure of a loud pub or drinking-focused environment!

no to be “creative” or productive... you’re very welcome to just come and exist with us too!! 🫶

tea & coffee provided!
important to note - the space is the school room above the Unitarian Church - if you enter from the street, the door is on the left, and you need to go up some stairs to get there. If this is a barrier for anyone, please let me know and we can figure it out!

this event is free - however, if anyone who's able to can make a donation so we can keep things low-cost for all our community, that would be amazing🌟

Another little coffee walk & talk this month 🌞🌟

Come along, meet people and stretch your legs!

The walk will be easy-going, mostly flat & at a gentle pace through footpaths in the Quarry. There may be some steps / slight hills involved - if accessibility is a concern, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to support ✨️

💚 sober sharing circle 💚

an hour-long monthly online space to explore all things alcohol-free living and wellbeing!

hopefully through these conversations we can;
- feel less alone
- have honest chats
- hear other people's perspectives
- self-reflect
- spread positivity & alcohol-free lifestyle tips
- explore alcohol in society
- share wellbeing routines
- get to know each other

This isn't therapeutic - just a mutual space to share experiences & connect!

It's soo important that this is an environment where we are authentic, respectful, and compassionate to ourselves and others in the group. 🫶

if anyone has specific themes or topics they'd like to explore, please reach out! All ideas are welcome 🥰

We’ve heard what kinds of events you’d love to see, and we’re in the process of making some of them happen (slowly😌) 💓

We’re building this gently, intentionally & at a pace that feels sustainable for everyone, with care for ourselves as well as the sort of space we’re creating 🥰🌼 our aim is a warm and welcoming environment where people can show up as they are, without pressure or expectation... free from judgement 🌟💚
