Not every setup goes as planned! 🎈😅

This balloon arch had a little plot twist and we had to head back to fix it — because making sure our clients are happy will always matter more than pretending everything is perfect 💕

In the end, we turned it around and left the client smiling. Small bumps, big lessons, happy endings 🙌
