📣 **Important Information**
• All refunds have now been processed to all ticket holders via the same payment method used for your purchase.
• Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
• The amount paid for your ticket has been refunded in full. Some customers may see the transaction listed as a "partial refund" due to card processing fees being displayed separately by their bank. However, if you paid £15.00 for a ticket, you will receive the full £15.00 back.
• As a gesture of goodwill (depending on your payment method), we will deduct any booking fees from a future event booking with us. Please contact us with your order number(s) for further information.
