Merry Christmas everyone!! Thank you so much for supporting us throughout this year. Next year will be bigger and better with the fundraising and hopefully we'll get enough support to get Lilz back to swimlab for more therapy!!

We've had an amazing day, we genuinely hope you all have too. We've spent the day with our nearest and dearest having food, drinks and fun. This is the highlight of our day! Anyone that knows Lillie personally will know about her obsession with EastEnders. She cried for days when Martin Fowler( James bye) died. This message from him today has just blown us away.

Thank you so much to her auntie Leah for organising this. It's absolutely made her day!!

The man behind Swim Lab International

But he's more than that. He's kind, he's funny, he's empathetic, he wants the best for every client that sits in front of that lighthouse and he's going to do whatever he can to make sure everyone reaches their potential!

Paul has gone through his own challenges this year.
15 weeks ago he had a double hip replacement, something that is rarely if ever done. But Paul wanted both hips to be done at the same time so that he had less recovery time, which meant he could be back with his clients sooner.

We were out here the day he went to surgery and have followed his journey closely. The fact that he is back at work, doing what he loves the most in this short time shows that "there are no limits" works. He thought about the struggles every single one of his kids faces to help him get through what he's just been through. It made his tough recovery a little easier knowing he'd be back helping his kids.

Every single member of the swimlab team are amazing but theirs something special about Paul. He's not in it for the notarity he's in it for the kids their achievements and helping them follow their dreams

He gives Lillie a confidence that I've never seen she knows if she's in his company she can do anything. Because he'll never let her fail. Lillie achieves so much out here. That she transfers to daily life at home. She just wants to be independent, like any 16year old girl should be. And with the help of the whole team at swimlab she'll achieve that dream.

But we need as much help as possible for her to carry on coming out here and being able to achieve that dream.

A little late posting these but these videos are from my first day at swimlab this time.
I'm not doing bad for a child that would never even be able to hold my own head up.
This shows that determination and a 'there are no limits' attitude will get me as far as I want in life!
You'll notice I have 2 therapists with me this week. That's because my amazing therapist Paulo Swimlab Webb is going through his own recovery at the minute(more on this later)
I feel like I owe everything that I can do to these people and I really strive to achieve more!
I'm really hoping that with the help of my followers my swimlab journey doesn't have to end yet!!
