✨Booking Policy Update✨

To keep things running smoothly and ensure every setup gets the time and preparation it deserves, all future set up bookings will now require:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date
• Remaining balance due 24 hours before setup
• No setup will begin without full payment received

Unfortunately, I have previously had to chase payments and have also experienced last-minute cancellations. These policies are in place to protect the time, preparation and materials that go into every booking while helping me give the best experience possible for all customers🎈
