Selby Party Kit

13/10/2026

Every year we run an annual audit to record how many single-use items our members have kept out of the bin. Added together, those figures show the impact of the whole network which is now over 1.6 million since 2020. The audit is also our chance to celebrate the members who make it happen.

⭐ Rising Star Award 2026 ⭐

332,742 single-use items avoided this year 🎉

Our annual member audit is in, and that’s the total our network kept out of the bin.

Thank you to the members who counted up their hires and sent in their numbers. We know how much goes into running a kit, and taking time for the audit on top of that means a lot. 🥰

This figure also belongs to everyone who borrowed a kit. Each reusable plate or cup you chose over a disposable one is in there. 💚

Since 2020, our members have now avoided over 1.6 million single-use items together.

Exciting news - I’ve been awarded one of the Party Kit Network Rising Star awards for 2026.

This recognition isn’t just for me, but for everyone who’s borrowed my kit, shared it with friends, and helped cut down on single-use waste. Every hire makes a difference.

Together, Party Kit Network members have already avoided over 1.6 million single-use items – including 276,000 just this year!

Here’s to making celebrations more sustainable, one party at a time.

Whether you’re in Norfolk or Mexico, we’d rather share a plate with you than fill a bin bag.

The part kit is beautifully simple: someone keeps a box of reusable tableware and lends it to others making it easy to ditch single-use.

Because celebrations are special moments for creating happy memories, not leaving a legacy of waste.
