Our rooms are available for any event, conference, training courses, family functions, theatre/ music or dance shows, coffee mornings, community groups, hobby groups as we have different size rooms available 7 days a week.
We can seat upto 250 people comfortably if all rooms are opened up.
Our catering can cover all of your needs. We work with you to make sure you have exactly the food you’d like and we accommodate all food allergens and dietary requirements.

The Seaham Venue has different size functions/ event rooms that are suitable not just for parties etc..because we also have rooms that are a perfect size for training courses, meetings and small get togethers, with the A19 only being minutes away and the train station only being 15 min walk plus an ample sized FREE car park on site.

The Seaham Venue is located in Seaham Town Hall which is in the centre of Seaham. It’s a 15 minute walk from the train station, a few minutes drive from the A19, it’s on a busy bus route and also has its own car park, making it an easily accessible venue for any occasion.
We also have a wheelchair accessible lift and toilet.
We have rooms of different sizes, that can all be fully opened up to make it one big area so it is perfect for any occasion/ event/ function/conference. We also have a stage and dressing rooms, making it a fantastic place for a music/ dance or theatre production.
We offer delicious catering for all your needs whether it’s a buffet, or a 3 course meal and we can accommodate all of your dietary/ allergen requirements.
