Gentle Yoga for All
In this class students will be given the option of practicing on a Chair and/or on a yoga mat.
Chair yoga is an adapted form of yoga performed while seated in a chair, offering modified poses and stretches for people with limited mobility, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture without the risk of falling. This accessible practice promotes physical and mental well-being, reduces muscle pain, anxiety, and stress, and is ideal for office workers, seniors, anyone recovering from an injury and beginners to build a gentle foundation in yoga.

Benefits of Chair Yoga
Improved Physical Health: Chair yoga enhances strength, flexibility, posture, and balance, while also improving blood flow.
Reduced Pain: It helps relieve aches and pain from prolonged sitting and can be particularly beneficial for managing arthritis without putting pressure on joints.

Mental & Emotional Well-being: The practice incorporates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and gentle movements to reduce stress, boost mood, and promote calm.

Location: Hutton Buscel Village Hall
Dates: Tuesdays or Thursdays - Starting October 2026 - exact date to be confirmed
Time: 10:30am - 11:45am

Fantastic performance from Beth Harrop Music at the first Hutton Buscel Music Festival July 18th. Beth really brought the festival vibe, what a talent. Shall we do it all again next year?

Wow, what a day, what a night! Nancy and Paul Tilley who were our headline act were absolutely off the chart amazing. How lucky were we to see them perform here in Hutton Buscel. It was one hit after another and everyone (who was able) were on there feet dancing. Wow.

Feel free to leave us some feedback if you enjoyed the Music Festival. 👍
