🦄⚠️ LAST-MINUTE UNICORN HIRE IN ST HELENS! ⚠️🦄
On Sunday we supplied our Unicorn Activity Combo to sidac_function_rooms in St Helens — but this booking came to us at very short notice.
The customer was told late Sunday morning by their original hire company that they weren’t going to make it.
Imagine organising your child’s birthday, booking the venue, food and presents — then being told just hours before the party that the entertainment isn’t coming. 😟
That could easily have ruined the party and left a child with a very different birthday memory.
Unfortunately, we come across situations like this far too regularly.
We also hear of equipment being unsuitable for venues, arriving wet or dirty, or operators lacking appropriate insurance, testing or safety procedures.
Of course, genuine circumstances do happen. Outdoor inflatables sometimes cannot safely go ahead because of unsuitable weather, and equipment can occasionally be damaged through circumstances outside the hire company’s control. In those situations, a reputable company should communicate with the customer and, where practical, offer a suitable alternative.
What we’re talking about here is very different — customers simply being left in the lurch.
At SJ’s Leisure, we take that responsibility seriously. We’ve supplied entertainment for over 30 years, and every booking matters. We’re helping create memories for someone’s special occasion. ❤️
Thankfully, we were able to step in, get the Unicorn Activity Combo delivered and set up, and make sure the party could go ahead as planned! 🦄💗
⚠️ This is exactly why we recommend booking your entertainment well in advance.
Our weekends can become fully booked weeks or months ahead. Once a date is full, we can’t always help — no matter how desperate the situation is.
Don’t leave your child’s birthday or special event to chance. Get your entertainment booked and your date secured as early as possible. 👇
