It’s easy to talk the talk when it comes to supporting other women & balancing ambition with kindness & bloody good fun in our quest to thrive not just survive. But for me - it’s been a non-negotiable whilst running ❤️

Just this month we were joined by the incredible Lucy & Daisy & Louisa , epic photographer Emily who also runs the gorgeous & Abi … all in a venue run by exceptional women for our mum run 💪🏼

To be more present for my favourite humans…
Who have shown me what unconditional love feels like.
To remember I can’t ask them to love every little about themselves…
If I don’t try to love at least a little bit about me too.

Our April St Albans Fitness Club was a goodie ✨

TMC is all about making you feel like you matter too & empowered us to feel our strength - for our babies, but also for us too 🏋🏽‍♀️

Our Fitness Clubs are a bit smaller, which means we get to really chat, whilst we move & laugh with zero judgement (& bonus baby cuddles!) ❤️

🐣 Close out Easter with our trademark Brunch Clubs on 29th April & 30th April
👧🏻 On 6th May our Coffee Club will focus on childcare choices & transitions with &
🧖🏼‍♀️ Our Harpenden Coffee Club on 7th May will be joining us to help us level up our skin & body care game with all the advice & demos
🧘🏽‍♀️ Reformer with the wonderful on 13th May
🌸 May Brunch Clubs in Berkhamsted - 15th, St Albans - 20th & Harpenden - 22nd!
