Last Friday we had the pleasure of travelling up to Warwickshire to do the flowers for the wedding of my daughter’s lovely friends & 🥰

What a stunning couple they make! We adored making Olivia’s bouquet, so simple, but oh so stunning 😍

They also had the fabulous idea to reuse some of their arrangements at day 2 of their celebrations at Olivia’s family home swipe 👉to the end to see. We love it when flowers don’t go to waste 🥹

Always the florist, never the mother of the bride… until last weekend when my beautiful daughter married her Mr Wright. .wright

It was emotionally and physically draining for me but above and beyond the happiest and most joyful experience of my life. Our family home came alive with laughter, the marquee was amazing , and the food… Mr Beetham you outdid yourself!! The band - off the scale and - just brilliant. Not forgetting my wonderful team here at The Flower Shed, who kept me calm (and sacked me a couple of times) thank you all for being amazing as always 🤍

Having running the Flower Shed for 15 years, I realised I’ve never properly introduced myself on social media! I’m Helen and l’ve worked as a florist since I was 16 years old.
If you’ve popped in or given us a call you’ll likely have received some advice from me on finding flowers to suit what you’re looking for… and if you’re really lucky you’ll have heard my impression of my black Labrador, Claude!

I’m a mum of two, love to cook and enjoy spending my time tending to my garden as much as I love leading my team to help you find your perfect flowers.

2025 is a super exciting year for me as not only are we working with loads of fabulous couples to curate their perfect wedding flowers, but I’ll be Mother of the Bride myself, as my daughter Polly is getting married at our family home. Guess who’s doing the flowers for that one?

Our fabulous florists The Flower Shed Florist created this amazing coffin spray for one of our funerals recently, the gentleman loved growing his own vegetables.

The spray contains runner beans, peas, leeks, baby cabbage flowers and his own shallots. There are also pheasant feathers as he loved pheasants too.

The Flower Shed Florist always go above and beyond to help our families at their time of need. ❤️
