It's a real skill to move effortlessly from pathos to humour, while weaving in tributes and information about his life.

So........What is a Celebrant?
A celebrant is a story teller, an orchestrator and a scene setter.
Weaving a tale of what has been before and what is to come. Using words, music and actions making a service a bespoke, unique experience.
A memory maker.
New baby, new identity, a wedding, renewal of vows or a funeral, each ceremony will be planned and delivered like no other.

Following the loss of my father, I was tasked with his funeral.
As he was not a religous man, we choose a Celebrant to conduct his service - written to be about our wonderful dad, including a prayer - but with the focus on how we, and dad, would want the day to run.
Seeing first hand how special, unique and tailored this service can be, inspired me and I have now trained as a Celebrant.
In the saddest of times there is still space to make your goodbye a reflection on your relationship, your feelings and your wishes.
Even if you only want to find out more on the many varied options, I would be delighted to chat.
