It's a Daily struggle to stick to the goals you set out at the start of your journey...you have some successes on the way, then think wow look at where I've got to...I'm going to celebrate my wins 🥳

Then BOOM the old you has just returned...

You then have two options, you can self sabotage your previous improvements or you can brush yourself off and claim it as a slight stumble and come back with more resilience and focus this time around...

And maybe just maybe you deserved a little celebration...however a lot of the times you feel worse after the celebration...SO ⤵️

Here's the man that stole the Caribbean Kitchen food trailer yesterday...

We had an agreement that he would pay for the vinyl that he stripped off in installments, starting today...

However he hasn't stuck to he's word 😑

Around 5 o'clock yesterday the Caribbean Kitchen trailer was stolen from the Regis car park at the rear of the venue
