Summer has kicked up yet another gear, bookings are crazy and I couldn't do it without some fabulous artists. This weekend it was thanks to Gwen, Jen and Lauren all covering whilst I was at the rest of the parties 🎉
Epping, Abridge, Cranham, Hornchurch, Wanstead, even up to Long Melford....you need that splash of colour and sprinkle of glitter, we got'cha 🎨✨️

End of May, beginning of June is when lots of my corporate clients start messaging about summer work events and fun days. Garden parties are in full force....yes I know, UK weather, there's always a gazebo lurking 🤦‍♀️🤣
I'm just streamlining kits again. Realised that they had grown and multiplied as quick as the damn tupperware pots in the cupboard. How does that even happen, the pots I mean. The kit is absolutely on me thinking 'ah, another couple of brushes won't make any difference' and suddenly the basket has new palettes, some iridescent sparkles, brush bath liquid x3 and you have no idea how much white we get through 🥴😬🤣

Big shout out to all the team from Havering council community group. I do loads with this fabulous bunch of ladies every year and it can seemingly be a bit of a thankless task for them. Outdoor events are always hugely overly attended and the ticketed indoor ones, tickets are snapped up then people don't go. All I know is this wonderful bunch keep trying ideas, switching things around, re-adjusting and working with different suggestions, all for the community.
So if Lily, Denise, Kimberly, Kayleigh and any of the team read this, I see you ladies, what you try to do and huge big up to you all 🫶✨️

Fabulous day yesterday with the full glitter bar booked for an epic 30th. What a blast with the most amazing crowd. Left as an acoustic set started playing and the decks were being set up for drum n bass 🙌🙌🙌
First ever request for swallow neck painting and more fiddly than it looks, especially trying to match it in reverse.
And my first visit to Call Of The Wild for a party in their softplay area. It was a balmy 907 degrees 😂

Right, concerted effort to update, take pics and let everyone know what's happening. Then I can drive everyone bonkers and you can all tell me to wind it in 😉
Last weekend was parties and a huge day at The Essex Young Farmers show, painting for Holmes & Hill Solicitors. Do quite a few gigs with these guys during the year and they are absolute diamonds.
Flat out for 5 hours straight and over 100 faces painted....didn't stop to drink, let alone take pics.
The cow is heading to their main office in Marks Tey, how cool is that! Lots of budding artists added their own designs x

Throw back to an amazing 40th zoo project celebration. Gotta love a bit of animal print...leopard, tiger, reptile, giraffe, zebra, cow patches....bring on the bling, sparkle it up and it's party time!
'Purrfect' for festivals, garden parties, hen do's, proms, work gigs, everything really.
I'm also having a bit of a rejig on how bookings are done, getting back to everyone on different platforms and generally pulling everything back a notch. Felt like things were whizzing away and the bottom line, I love painting, so the easier I can make the office side of the job, the better 🎨
It's back to just me doing enquiries, bookings, postcode logistics for travel etc, so things should be a bit smoother, quicker and streamlined.
That said 4, yes 4 hours this morning deep cleaning my kit and making one strokes and split cakes. You know when you first let your toddler lose with the arty crafty kit and turn your back for 3 seconds. That, x100 😱🤦‍♀️🌪💣💥

What a gorgeous burst of sunshine and warmth the past few days! So the last month of Spring is pretty much fully booked peeps. The early slots (before 1pm) are free on the 10th and 23rd May but the rest are fabulously full 🎨
Half term is full with corporate clients from the 24th-29th May. Summer is a sizzling in the background and this ole' girl does lurve the uv rays 🌞

Been super quiet on here the past month. It's gone mad with bookings, chuck in a new laptop, new printer (so not a tech head!) and had an op thrown in the mix so a bit of downtime to recover....just in time for a mental Easter. Couple of quick designs from one of the bookings this week.
Over the fortnight you'll find me at parties, Epping-Ongar Railway, Havering council, Fiserv, Galvin Green Man, a footie tournament and Farmer Scott's Tulip Fields. Big 11 day back to back run and then it's holiday time for 5 days.
