We would like to kindly remind everyone to please respect our team and the rules of our soft play.
Our soft play is designed specifically for children aged 0–8 years. We completely understand that during the school holidays many families have children of different ages, and we appreciate that this can sometimes be challenging.
However, this week we have unfortunately experienced several incidents where members of our team have been met with aggression after politely asking older children to leave the soft play area and return to their table.
These rules are not optional. They are in place to comply with our insurance requirements, which only allow children aged 0–8 years to use the soft play. More importantly, they help ensure that our younger children can play in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Our staff are simply doing their job and enforcing the rules that are in place for everyone's safety. We ask that all customers treat our team with kindness and respect.
