The Big Pig is back on tour and he's off to China!
He'll be on his bike for a couple of months after this very exciting night so this is the last chance to dine with us until the end of August. We can't wait to see you all. 🐷 🇨🇳 🥢 😋

Coming up this weekend, the weather's going to be fabulous and we're ready to go! The Big Pig will be doing Chicken at Richmondshire Rocks on Sunday and would love to see you all there for chicken sandwiches, wraps and Buddha bowls.
Sip Coffee will be there for vegetarian options and sweet treats.
We're looking forward to seeing you there!

Hola amigos,
We're very pleased to publish the full menu for our Mexican night on the 29th of May. It will be a taste sensation!

To start-
A platter of chorizo and cheese quesadillas,
Spicy chicken tostadas, with
salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Followed by either-
Birria beef chilli.
Tender beef casseroled in a delicious chilli and tomato sauce.
Or-
Yucatan barbecue pork (Cochinita pibil).
Pork shoulder, slowly roasted in banana leaves with citrus and spices.
Both served with tortillas, refried beans and rice.

And to finish-
Mexican baked custard with sweet fried pastry
(Jerricalla y sopaipillas)
