A week off being poorly, followed by a holiday where I sat on my backside doing absolutely nothing… well, let’s just say it made getting back into it bloody hard going! 😂🥵

OMG, I was a sweaty mess tonight! It was tough, but we got through it, and you girls and Ashley were absolutely amazing! 💪🏼❤️
