Back to fitness today, and the shop is back open for business tomorrow!

Helen is back from performing on stage at the Minack and can’t wait to see all your lovely faces again.

📅 Dance & Fitness Classes:
• Mondays: 11am–12pm
• Tuesdays: 8pm–9pm
• Thursdays: 11am–12pm

I hate doing videos 😂 (especially after sweating my **** off), but I HAD to say thank you for such an incredible session!!! We worked SO hard and, on top of our warm-up, cool-down, and sit-ups, we smashed out 16 choreographed dance numbers without stopping 🔥💃 Absolutely unreal energy from everyone — amazing, amazing, AMAZING!!! So proud of us all. Love you guys and thank you so much ❤️🙌

What a fantastic night! The Haarts Juniors were incredible tonight and one of our members even carried on dancing after her tooth fell out! 🦷💃

The juniors also presented myself and Roxanne with flowers and a good luck card for the show next week, which was so thoughtful. Thank you so much everyone, and a special thanks to Frankie and all of our wonderful chaperones too.

It was also a fab, full night at Dance & Fitness, and lovely to welcome some new members along as well. ❤️

✨ A little update from us at HAARTS ✨

We will be closed from Saturday 23rd May – Friday 29th May, and will reopen on Saturday 30th May at midday.

Helen will be performing at the beautiful Minack Theatre in Come From Away 🎭

Tickets are now limited, but there are still some available if you’d like to come along and support the show!

All classes will also be cancelled for one week, but will resume week commencing 1st June.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support — we can’t wait to see you all again soon! 💛

Big shoutout to everyone who came to class this week. We worked HARD, laughed loads, and absolutely smashed the new routines 🔥 love a bit of Tom Jones into MJ and the moans and groans to our 90s banger 😂 I have definitely felt it this week 😰
