Oof! STACK has landed at the Buttermarket with locally reared, double-smashed burgers and sides that absolutely go for it. Big flavour, stacked high and built for tucking in.

Join us for lunch Tuesday to Saturday, or dive in for dinner Wednesday to Saturday, alongside the five other sumptuous, street-food kitchens.

Join us for the Wassail as they weave their way along the Redruth in Lights switch-on trail.

Drift through the twinkling town as singing, music, dance and a few mischievous performances guide you towards the Buttermarket for the big finale at 8pm - when the courtyard fills with full-on festive cheer.

Tuck into something warm from our street food kitchens, grab a mulled cider, wrap up snug, and bring a voice that’s ready to get merry!

You made our first birthday weekend delicious - literally. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us for street food feasts, cocktails, and a full Buttermarket buzz under the disco ball.

If you missed it (or just fancy round two), our kitchens are serving up the good stuff all week. Grab a ramen bowl, a sarnie, a pud… and if you’re after a mid-week treat, our Wednesday 2-for-1 cocktail night is the perfect excuse to tuck in.

After serving up unforgettable burgers full of local flavour, with their grass-fed, retired dairy-cow beef and beef-dripping chips, Cowgirls Stithians are moving on to pastures new.

They have an exclusive, delicious deal for their final weekend before heading off on the 15th, so drop by this Friday and Saturday, grab one last bite, and raise a toast to all the flavour and energy Debs and Nathan have brought to the Buttermarket.
