Wow! It's taken us this long to recover from last Sunday! WHAT A SENSATIONAL DAY!

We had over 100 brides and grooms attend, along with their beautiful friends and families!

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to see us!

To all our suppliers who were FANTASTIC! your positivity and energy was electric!

To Botany Bay Nurseries, Garden Centre and Cafe and the staff who worked alongside and supported us and our crazy ideas wholeheartedly.

To The Bay Café who worked their little butt's off supplying lots of amazing food to our customers and to our suppliers.

And to our helpers on the day Emily Richard Reeves Phoebe & Evie.

Betty’s Waffle Co is an award winning business offering Fresh Belgian Waffles served with your favourite toppings along with Mobile Bar Services. We have two beautiful vintage horse boxes and a pure white catering gazebo that stand out from the crowd for being beautifully adorned with our signature flower walls and twinkling fairy lights, fitting beautifully with wedding aesthetics.

We are especially proud to have been awarded a silver medal in the British Street Food Awards for Best Looking Food Truck in the UK and are Regional Finalists in this years Wedding Industry Awards for Best Wedding Caterer 2023. We hold a 5 Star Food Hygiene Certificate and are members of the National Caterers Association.

We cater many weddings and are preferred suppliers for several venues including Belcote Farm Tipi Weddings, The Firs Wedding Venue, Elmbridge Farm, Moxhull Hall and Avoncroft Museum.

The highlight of 2022 was being booked to cater at Eastenders star and I’m a Celebrity winner, Jacqueline Jossa’s 30th Birthday Party in Brentwood.

🎻SUPPLIER ANNOUNCEMENT🎻

Susan Clark

The Midlands Wedding Violinist is an electric violinist based in the West Midlands who specialises in weddings. She also plays for parties and other social gatherings and celebrations. She has played in a string quartet for weddings and other social events for over 25 years and decided several years ago to branch out and play electric violin at weddings as a soloist. She has a beautiful Violectra (electric violin) made by David Bruce Johnson who has made instruments for many famous violinists all over the world including several for Nigel Kennedy. She has played with different orchestras both classical and pop including Orchestra of the Swan, Mid Wales Opera and many choral societies. She has also been on tour with Chris De Burgh several times earlier on in her career. She has a wide repertoire to suit all needs and is just as happy playing pop as she is classical. She has an MA (Masters Degree in Violin Performance) and was awarded a scholarship with the CBSO in 1997. She enjoys teaching and performing, bringing her wealth of experience to all ages. The Midlands Wedding Violinist has also performed over several years with a trio group of piano, voice and violin in the local areas. Her main objective when performing is to bring a special atmosphere and musical enjoyment to any event.

Music

Playlists are pretty flexible. The client can request a general theme or music that they like and I will create a list for their event, or they can list some music that they like and I will create a playlist using as many of them as I can within the set time. Pre-Ceremony and Ceremony music will be individually discussed with the client to suit their needs and the legal requirements of the venue (religious/non-religious). The music list is always growing so please ask if I have something that isn’t listed below as I may do already. Many people have a mixture of classical and pop for their ceremony starting with classical pre-ceremony and turning to pop during the ceremony. It is entirely up to you and I am happy to discuss ideas with you and make suitable suggestions where required.

Pizza Heaven

Street food is now very trendy at weddings! Don’t just ask us ask anyone.
We provide a bespoke service to our wedding customers as we know that
you want your guests to have a great time and be well fed. We liase with
the bride and groom to agree a pizza menu and any other options such as
salads or desserts.

Vegan and Vegetarian weddings are becoming popular, and we have
recently catered at several this summer, offering a range of different pizzas
and salads.

We usually serve the pizzas buffet style; this way people can try all the
different pizzas and they are always coming out fresh and hot. With buffet
style as-well people can graze over the pizzas for a couple of hours and
come back and forth when they please with the pizzas always still being
fresh and hot. We are a preferred supplier to Avoncroft Museum, Diglis
House Hotel, Lyde Court (Hereford)
Alongside wedding catering we can also offer out services at much smaller
and more intimate events such as engagement parties, hen do’s, stag do’s,
gender reveal parties, baby showers and any celebration you can think of
really!
