It was a pleasure to have these guys at last years Busk it Out event, to which my event company raised allot of money for a Northern mental health charity.

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of You Knead Pizza's first event and Apple-Pip Events last Busk it Out event - lots of great feedback from the event and their incredible pizza has lead to more and more success for these dough kneading legends 💛🍕.

Cold Water...

I'm no expert but I do know what a positive impact cold water has on the body when implemented into your day safely and with the right breath work...

My day went something like... Work, walk, run, jump in this massive barrel of freezing cold water at 7:30pm...

Cold water is amazing - it boosts the immune system, reduces stress, improves mood, burns calories, improves circulation... increases your libido 😉... among many other benefits!

Later in the year we will be talking into this (guest speaker*) when we host our Men's Mindset and Mindfulness Events... See you there!
