May, you were a good one ☀️

From precious family time and sunny days making memories, to site visits, corporate celebrations, MIB meetings and a truly gorgeous wedding day… it’s been a month full of connection, creativity and celebration.

I’m so grateful to do what I love while building a life I love too. Every event, every conversation, every behind-the-scenes moment has played a part in making this month special.

Here’s a little look at what May had in store. Bring on June! ✨

One of the most meaningful details at a wedding isn’t always the biggest one.

An audio guestbook captures the voices, laughter, advice and love from the people who matter most, something couples can keep forever 🤍

It’s something completely different from a traditional guestbook, creating memories you can actually hear long after the wedding day is over.

It’s personal, emotional and always such a special moment to witness throughout the evening.

If you’re planning your wedding and want thoughtful details that make your day unforgettable, I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help bring your vision to life ✨

“Thank you” simply isn’t enough!

You came on board at exactly the right time, when work and life meant the stress levels were high. You helped me make sense of everything when I felt completely overwhelmed.

Your organisation, calmness and ability to keep everything on track made such a huge difference.

Thank you for being a sounding board, for the ideas and solutions, and for taking things off my plate.

We had the BEST day and that wouldn’t have been possible without you. Everyone loved you. Frank, big Marc, our parents, the bridesmaids and all the suppliers commented on how amazing you were.

I had complete faith in you and I’m so glad other people had the chance to see and acknowledge it too.

Knowing you had everything in hand meant we were able to truly enjoy every moment without worrying about what was going on behind the scenes.

You have truly played such a huge part in making our wedding so very special. ♡

Planning your wedding is supposed to feel exciting… but after speaking to so many couples at Sunday’s wedding fair, one word kept coming up: overwhelming.

So many amazing suppliers. So many ideas. So many opinions.

And suddenly, instead of feeling excited, you can feel completely unsure where to even begin.

Please know this — you do not need to have everything figured out straight away.

You don’t need to book every supplier this week.
You don’t need to know your colour palette before you’ve chosen a venue.
And you definitely don’t need to compare yourself to every wedding you see online.

Wedding planning should feel personal, not pressured.

My advice? Start with the big picture:
✨ How do you want your day to feel?
✨ What matters most to you both?
✨ What memories do you want your guests to leave with?

Once you focus on that, the decisions become so much easier.

And if you’re feeling lost in the noise, that’s exactly where a wedding planner can help. Turning chaos into clarity and helping you enjoy the process again 🤍

If you’re currently feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can chat through your plans, your worries and how to make wedding planning actually enjoyable.

Feeling anxious about being the centre of attention on your wedding day is more common than you think.

And the truth is… your wedding doesn’t have to feel like one long performance.

There are so many ways to shape the day so it feels comfortable for you.

Here are a few things you can adjust or completely rethink:

1. You can shorten the aisle
It doesn’t have to feel like a long walk under pressure. Make it feel natural and manageable for you.

2. Your first dance can be anything you want (or nothing at all)
Shorten it, skip it or replace it with something that feels more you. There are no rules here.

3. Speeches can be limited or restructured
They don’t need to take over the evening if that doesn’t suit your energy.

4. Build in time just for the two of you
Even 10–15 minutes away from everyone else can completely reset the pace of your day.

Your wedding should never feel like you’re “on show” the entire time.

It should feel like you… just celebrated, supported and comfortable in the moment.

If you’re planning your wedding and want help designing a day that feels calm, natural and true to you, I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to talk through your plans.

No one really tells you this when you start planning a wedding…

And by the time you realise, it’s usually causing unnecessary stress in the final weeks.

Here are 3 things couples often forget to factor in:

1. Timings always run longer than you expect. From getting ready to group photos to guest movement between spaces, building in buffer time is essential for a calm, enjoyable day.

2. The guest experience flow matters just as much as the ceremony. It’s not just about what happens, but how smoothly guests move, wait and feel looked after in between moments.

3. Clear supplier communication is everything. Assuming everyone is “on the same page” is risky. Clear instructions and a central point of contact make all the difference.

This is where thoughtful planning (and experience) changes everything, turning potential chaos into a seamless, enjoyable celebration.

If you’re in the early stages of planning (or starting to feel overwhelmed), I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to talk through your plans and see how I can support you.

✨ What your wedding day should actually feel like ✨

Not rushed. Not chaotic. Not you worrying about who’s where, what’s running late or whether something’s been forgotten.

Your wedding day should feel like this…

You wake up calm, not checking your phone or managing suppliers. You’re getting ready surrounded by excitement, not stress. You’re present in every moment instead of being pulled into logistics. You walk into your ceremony knowing everything is already taken care of.

And most importantly… you get to actually feel your wedding day.

The laughter. The anticipation. The quiet in-between moments you didn’t plan for, but will end up meaning everything.

Because when the planning is handled properly, you don’t spend your wedding day working through a list in your head.

You live it.

That’s what I create for my couples. A day where you’re fully in it, not running it.

If you want that kind of calm, seamless experience, I offer a free 30-minute consultation to talk through your plans and how I can support you.

You’re currently looking at venues for your wedding or event… and you keep seeing the same line:

“Includes a dedicated venue coordinator.”

But what does that actually mean? 🤍

It’s a great question. And one I get asked a lot.

✨ Venue Coordinator
This is someone who works for the venue. They are the experts in that specific space and are there to ensure everything runs smoothly on the venue’s side:
• Managing the venue team
• Overseeing timings within the venue
• Coordinating in-house catering (if applicable)
• Making sure venue rules and logistics are followed

They are absolutely essential and incredibly knowledgeable about the space you’re in.

✨ Event Planner (that’s me!)
I work for you. My role is to take your whole vision and bring it to life, while supporting you every step of the way:
• Designing and refining your plans
• Managing and coordinating all suppliers
• Building detailed timelines for the whole event
• Styling and creative direction support
• Being your main point of contact throughout

And importantly, I don’t replace your venue coordinator. I work alongside them. We become a team: their expertise in the venue + my oversight of your entire event, making sure everything flows together seamlessly 🤍

💡 So in simple terms:
Your venue coordinator looks after the venue.
Your planner looks after you.
And together, we make sure your day runs exactly as it should.

✨ If you’re in the planning stage and feeling unsure what level of support you need, I’d love to help.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to talk through your plans and guide you on the best next steps.
