Renegade has built a reputation as one of the UK’s toughest gyms, producing athletes who are known for their grit, skill and willingness to fight anyone 😤

Standing across from him will be Joe Haywood from Torquay, a Coastal Combat Festival favourite and a man who always comes to put on a show 🌊💥

Now before anyone starts talking about age… don’t.

Tommy may be in his 40s, but he turns up in incredible shape and comes ready for war every single time 😤

Training out of St Michael’s ABC, Tommy has embraced the challenge of combat sports and will be stepping into the arena for a white-collar boxing contest on Weymouth Beach 🌊🔥

While plenty of people spend their weekends on the sofa, Tommy is putting the gloves on and testing himself in front of a huge crowd.

That takes guts.

But over the last couple of years, RHI has decided to stop watching from the crowd and start creating the vibe herself.

A massive fan of house music, dance music and everything that screams summer, she’s put countless hours into learning her craft and developing her own style behind the decks. 🎶🔥

This year, RHI makes her Coastal Combat Fest debut, stepping up in front of her hometown on Weymouth Beach to show everyone what she’s been working on.
