📣 Catering Opportunity – Melyd Hall Tender Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Stage One of the catering tender process for Melyd Hall is now open.

Melyd Hall hosts a variety of events, including Masonic functions, weddings, christenings, and private parties, with capacities of up to 100 guests. We are seeking a professional, high-quality catering partner who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements to Apply:
✅ Established catering business
✅ Proven experience in event catering
✅ Valid food hygiene policies and certifications
✅ Relevant food safety qualifications
✅ Sufficient staffing structure to meet event demands

If you meet the criteria and are interested in applying, please contact the Building Secretary at [email protected] to request a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).

🗓️ Expression of Interest closes: Sunday, 13th July 2025
Only shortlisted applicants will proceed to Stage Two of the tender process.

Another exciting day down at Melyd Hall today, took a beer and wine delivery. Cleaners and contractors in doing their thing and making the place shipshape and sparkly clean.

Order placed for our new state of the art, energy efficient beer system. We now have a new partner supplier who we will be working with to bring you a nice fresh selection of current draft beers.

But wait….. there’s more!

New bar being reinstated back in the main function room. This will have its own state of the art, highly efficient beer system with its own selection of draft beers wines and spirits. Construction to start shortly!!!

Lots of exciting and positive steps making us your No.1 choice for all of your family or business events and celebrations.

We now have two new venue managers, who will be working hard on bringing new events, themed nights and taking bookings for all private functions or events.
