The time has come to say goodbye! We made the decision a few months back, but as of last weekend the platform is now offline.

Huge thanks to everyone who supported us, bought a ticket, watched a live stream or even just said hello! We’ve learnt a hell of a lot and made some friends for life in the process. 💙💖
Huge amount of love to anyone trying to make it in the music industry right now, it’s mad out there!

Why we hear you ask? Like most things, costs have spiralled and our whole ethos was keeping fees low. Once cloud and software costs, payment processing, advertising etc. are paid roughly only between 10-50p a ticket goes to us (or 20% of a booking fee). For three of us to make a living we’d have to sell 100’s of thousands of tickets. Then of course those who buy tickets have questions, queries, refund requests so we need to respond to those. Long story short. It’s not really viable without putting up fees and investing even more time.

What’s next? We hope to make the platform open source or give to a college/university as a use case. We’d like to see something positive come of the work we put in. You’ll also still see big man Charlie Mega playing tunes out in Bristol and festivals.
