Thank you for joining us at Devonport Open Days 2026. We hope you enjoyed the event as much as we enjoyed welcoming you ☀️⚓️

It was fantastic to see so many people taking part in the activities, and we'd like to share some of the wonderful feedback we received from one of our visitors:

“We have just got back from Devonport Open Days in Plymouth and can I just express how well the whole event was run. We used the Coypool park and ride which was smooth and easy, there were so many STEM activities for my 7 year old to enjoy, he loved all the robots/Lego and hands on activities. It was noticeable how all staff were super friendly and encouraged the children to have a go. Also, there were lots of staff on site if you needed help who were easy to identify.

We also loved the science show, and the toilets were easy to access as well as the hydration stations. The bus back to the park and ride was quick with staff making sure all seats were full on buses to speed up the process (this may seem obvious, but I've been to many theme parks etc in which they don't fill seats and make queuing time longer).

We had such a lovely day, and he also loved all the freebies etc. The team should be very proud of yourself. Plymouth needs more events run this well, it made me proud to be a resident of this city, and we are already looking forward to next year.

🚗 Parking & Travel – Devonport Open Days 2026 🚗

No visitor parking is available at HM Naval Base Devonport. Vehicles without a pre-booked Disabled Parking permit will be turned away at the gate. (Disabled parking is now fully booked.)

🚌 FREE Park & Ride is available for all ticket holders:
📍 Milehouse – PL2 3DA
📍 Coypool – PL7 4TB
📍 Derry's Cross – PL1 2SW (outside TimberVault)

⏰ Buses run continuously from 9:00am, with the last departure to the event at 1:30pm. They travel directly to and from the Naval Base all day.

🎟️ Don't forget your Devonport Open Days ticket and photo ID (required for everyone aged 16+).

✅ More buses are running this year, so there's no need to rush!

There will be a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks available to purchase throughout the event.

🥪 Visitors are also welcome to bring a light picnic. Seating will be available around the event site and within the Food Zone for you to relax and enjoy your food.

⚠️ Please remember:

💧 Drinking water refill stations will be available throughout the event site – bring a refillable bottle if you wish.

🥤 Only drinks in sealed, clear containers (plus baby milk) may be brought into the event.

☕ Drink flasks are permitted but must be emptied before entry.

🍴No cutlery may be brought into the event.
