This recipe is too good not to share.
Add 250g unsalted butter to 400g dark chocolate, melt it in the microwave and mix together until combined. In a separate bowl beat together 6 eggs with 300g soft dark sugar. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs and sugar. Stir in 200g plain flour and 100g of white chocolate pieces. Pour into a greased up baking tray and bake at 160° for 35 mins.
Add your favourite ice cream and enjoy
