After a an emotional and heartfelt funeral this week I received this testimonial-

Fran, I just wanted to say a very heartfelt thank you for the beautiful eulogy you wrote for my fathers funeral. You spoke so clearly and with such feeling and compassion.
We all felt as if you were part of our family as it was so familiar and precise.
It was a hard day for all of us to say our last farewells but the way you greeted us with caring words and looking so respectful in your black attire, it really helped us get through the service.
