🌸 Recent research reveals that conventionally grown flowers are often loaded with a cocktail of pesticides — not exactly what you want in your home or near your loved ones.

That’s why we grow our blooms without chemicals, using regenerative, nature-friendly methods that nurture the soil and support pollinators.

In a new research in the Netherlands, a total of 23 pesticides were found on 6 bouquets of flowers, 8 of which were banned. Our first experiment with edible flowers went down a storm last week! Dani from made some delicious lemon and poppy seed cup cakes which were topped with our edible flowers - gorgeous and delicious! They flew off the shelf so watch this space for more collabs! 🌸

🌸 Volunteer Opportunity: Flower Assistant at Horsenden Farm 🌸

Do you have a love for flowers and a creative eye? We’re looking for someone like you to join our volunteer team!

Come work alongside our flower grower, Beth, helping to harvest our nature-friendly blooms and arrange them into beautiful hand-tied bunches for sale.

🌿 We’re looking for someone who:
• Can commit to weekly sessions – Fridays, 8am–1pm.
• Shares our passion for community, sustainability, and nature.
• Enjoys getting creative with colours and floral styles.
• Has an interest in flowers and floristry – experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most!

• Learn new skills in floristry and sustainable growing.

You can buy our weekly ‘Jam Jar Posies’ and ‘Seasonal Bunches’ direct from the farm on Friday (11am until late) or Saturday (10am to 12.30).
