Our Brilliant Buildings theme continues this week, focusing on Cornwall’s castles. Here is one of Cornwall’s smaller and less well known fortified buildings, Pengersick Castle. Built by William Worth in 1510 when Cornwall could be a dangerous place to live, this heavily fortified tower house on the coast at Praa Sands is now a romantic wedding venue.
