What a brilliant bread-making workshop today!
We baked, shaped, proved and created some beautiful homemade bread together — including cinnamon buns, flavoured boules, fruit teacakes and everyone’s very first sourdough starter to take home and nurture.

There’s something really special about slowing down, getting hands in dough and learning the simple joy of making bread from scratch.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along — you were fantastic.

It's been a while... apologies for the silence! That's not like me 🤣

Lots of exciting stuff going on in the background but I'll leave it until next week to let you into a few new developments 🥳

For now though...it's Bakewell Food Festival today 🙌🏼 So, it's a sunny scones, jam and cream kinda day today! Fingers crossed for a sell out!
